Using our site and portal
By using the Bright Side Social Lab LLC website or client portal, you agree to these terms. The portal is for authorized clients and their invited team members. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Your separate client agreement, if any, also applies to the services we provide.
Client content and approvals
You are responsible for making sure the materials you provide and the content you approve are accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to use them. Approval means you authorize us to prepare or publish that content as agreed. Please review content carefully before approving it.
No warranties
We provide the website and portal on an “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted access or particular results. Social platforms and their features can change or become unavailable outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bright Side Social Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or portal. Our total liability for a claim related to the site or portal will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
