User Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion from us
Email allie@brightsidesociallab.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the account or page name so we can locate the right data. We will confirm your request within 30 days. We delete client data within 90 days of a deletion request or the end of the client relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Remove access in Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Find Bright Side Social Lab and select Remove. This stops future access to your Facebook account; to request deletion of data we already hold, please email us using the instructions above.
