Who we are

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you submit through our contact form: your name, email, phone number, company, and message. For clients, we also collect portal account information needed to provide access and work together.

When clients authorize access to their social media accounts through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other platforms, we may access page and post content, insights and analytics, comments and messages, and ad performance. We only access data made available through the permissions the client grants.

How we use information

We use this information only to deliver the social media management, content, reporting, and support services our clients hire us for, and to respond to inquiries about those services.

Meta Platform Data

We never sell Meta Platform Data or use it to build advertising profiles. We share it only with service providers needed to run our services, such as hosting, database, email, and AI writing tools, under confidentiality obligations. We follow Meta’s Platform Terms.

How long we keep data

We keep client data while the client relationship is active. After a deletion request or when the relationship ends, we delete client data within 90 days.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data by following our Data Deletion Instructions. You can also remove our access to your Facebook account in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle and limit access to people and service providers who need it to deliver our services. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date.
